Paperwork doesn't always tell the whole story. On a recent purchase, I found a second septic system on the property that had failed and had not been disclosed. The seller's report covered only the one system my buyers knew about. I protect my clients with extra records checks, asking county officials the right questions, and digging deeper to make sure my clients know what they are buying.
Negotiation, the diplomat's way
Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, including duty as an embassy guard, and later worked as a U.S. State Department diplomat. I negotiate with preparation, market data and patience, and I stay firm on what matters to you.
I understand military moves
I know how PCS timelines and VA loans work. When a VA problem threatened one family's closing, I escalated it to Congressman Rick Larsen's office until the VA corrected it and the family got their home.
